1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the yh555 platform (accessible at yh555.app and any associated mobile or progressive web applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the yh555 Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published by yh555 from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the yh555 platform. yh555 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yh555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party or allow any other person to access your account. yh555 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify yh555 immediately by contacting the support team. yh555 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verified notification.

Account Verification (KYC)

yh555 operates in accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, or at any time at yh555's discretion, you may be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

yh555 operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the yh555 platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day at yh555's discretion or as required by applicable payment provider rules.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cash deposit at designated agent locations.
• Deposits are credited to your yh555 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. yh555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account for deposits is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• yh555 does not charge deposit fees on PKR transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, in order to comply with AML obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to two business days depending on the receiving institution.
• yh555 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, yh555 reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

yh555 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, virtual racing, and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion pages.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers constitutes a breach of these Terms. yh555 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts in such cases.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement applicable to an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and the withdrawal will be processed against your cash balance only.
• One Bonus at a Time: yh555 does not permit simultaneous activation of multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in promotional terms.

yh555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to a promotion will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the yh555 platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, virtual racing, and the yh555 Wheel — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. By placing a wager on any yh555 game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. yh555 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager except where a technical error on yh555's part is substantiated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game round, yh555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' wallets.
• yh555 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. RTP figures represent statistical averages over large numbers of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). yh555 reserves the right to void markets where the outcome cannot be determined from official sources.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by account tier.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yh555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the yh555 platform or any associated game engine. Any bugs discovered must be reported to yh555 immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the yh555 platform — including but not limited to the yh555 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yh555 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yh555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any yh555 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on yh555 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the yh555 platform.
• Use yh555 trademarks or branding in any manner that suggests an unauthorised association or endorsement.

Any unauthorised use of yh555 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yh555, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from wagering outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, yh555's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to yh555 in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

10 Privacy & Data

By using the yh555 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

Upon permanent account closure for cause, yh555 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and associated winnings. Verified cash balances — excluding funds under investigation — will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following conclusion of any relevant review process.

13 Disputes & Governing Law
